Riverdale Hatzalah Volunteer Ambulance Corps will be offering a free American Heart Association CPR course for the layperson (regardless of whether you have prior CPR or other medical training). This course will cover adult and child CPR skills, the heimlich maneuver and use of an AED for adults children and infants. The course will be held on Sunday, March 4th, 2012 at 5pm in the Riverdale Jewish Center Social Hall (3700 Independence Avenue, Bronx, NY 10463) These courses typically last about 3 hours and involve some physical activity, so please wear comfortable clothing.
